Bellybuttons


Over the period of a year I collected more than 1000 pictures of bellybuttons. I would usually catch them at private parties, in clubs, on street fairs... anywhere where I would meet a bunch of happy people who would allow me to enter the privacy of their belly. Initially it was a game and I was amazed by its success and speedy growth of my collection. This game became an addiction and I got intrigued by other aspects of the pictures: fashion, attitude and additional features of the bellybutton-person. When I lost track of my overgrowing anthology, I stopped.
